The dinner we had at the restaurant was pretty good, we ordered some hot dishes. The bed in our room was comfy. We only stayed one night, but we really liked how perfectly located this place is, it was so nice 🌟.

The breakfast was enjoyable and outstanding with a great selection of options to choose from. The location is favorable and unbeatable for Alcoa, just off local restaurants, the airport terminal, and the park. They offer early check-in and on-site parking.

Location - marvellous, so close to the Hilton and TYS terminal and the airport and ratings -- including `` gourmet ''. The rooms well-designed, brand-new with hot water for a change as well as great linens & bedding. Exceptional staff, early check-in and executive bar.

Big, updated room with exceptionally comfortable beds. Room comes with a shower and hair dryers. Nice pool on the property. Great area with a favorable and perfect location for sightseeing in nearby Maryville and downtown. Very clean accommodations.

The location of this hotel is incredibly convenient, as it is just a short walk from the airport terminal at TYS. Being so close to the airport makes it perfect for those early morning flights, allowing for a stress-free travel experience.

One drawback mentioned by a previous guest is that the hotel lacks some basic amenities, like bottled water in the room. While the front desk was able to provide a bottle of water upon request, it would be more convenient for guests to have it readily available in their rooms.

Your staff was great!! Sharp, and very attentive to our needs. Parking Was very convenient, and rioom service was right on top of things. Must say we had a very nice stay.

Our only complain would be if your pool would of been just alittle more well kept.
